3. AI Features and Data Processing (Forceflow™)

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence features, including our Forceflow™ agent, to provide advanced functionality such as report generation, data analysis, and task automation. When you use these features, your User Content and other inputs may be processed by our third-party AI model providers (e.g., Google) to generate outputs.

a. Data Handling and Purpose Limitation

We do not use your User Content to train our AI models or the models of our third-party providers. Your data is sent to these providers via a secure API solely for the purpose of generating a response to your specific request. We have agreements in place with our AI providers that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or for training their models.
